What exactly is your question? I too, got a Mac Plus with no
accessories, but I was able to get a keyboard on eBay (Quite hard to
find, actually) a mouse from a neighbor, and an external HD from my
dad. (eBay, thrift store, pawn shop, LEM swap would be viable outlets
to look for these, also) You can download and make System 6 boot
floppies (800k) from Apple; here's a link:
http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_6.0.x/
That had downloadable images for Systems 6.0.3, 6.0.5, and 6.0.8
(there are 4 images for each, I would suggest 6.0.8 for a Plus) And,
depending on what other hardware you have, these can be made on an
older Mac with a floppy drive and Disk Copy; I found taping over the
hole in a 1.44Mb floppy worked great, I made these on my IIsi, and
also a Beige Minitower dual booting in 10.4.11 and 9.2.2. Hope that
helps! (Just to let you know-- the Plus doesn't include a hard drive,
so when you get it and it just comes up with the ? disk, it's probably
fine, just without a system to boot on)

Alternatively, you can get an external floppy drive, some boot
floppies, and use it that way. I understand this was quite popular
back in the 80s.
