I just reached behind me and pulled one out of an SE/30 waiting for a capacitor upgrade. There's nothing special about it. It's 4 in-line Molex pins at both ends with +5 and +12 volts with two grounds. They're used in all older peecees and Macs. A neighbor probably has a couple sitting around.
