I believe there can be boot issues with the SCSI-IDE bridges. If memory serves, some work and others don't... I have a couple of these things, but have yet to try using them. You need a Torx T-15, I don't know the length you need, but I would think 8 or 10 inches would be good. Mine is a combo T-15 / Spring loaded cracker around a foot long. Try measuring the length you need.
