You're thinking of the Programmer's switches (interrupt and reset).

As far as a source of those goes, LEM Swap is prolly your best bet.  If you 
find a seller that has two, please let me know, as I may want one myself.

You should be able to access those switches *without* the need of that external 
plastic device, IIRC, though it's certainly easier with it installed.
