I remember that the 5200 and 5400 were very different machines, but I
also know that they have the same kind of monitor inside, so that's
why I thought those were part of the recall. Clark, I bet you did have
a whole flock of those in the school you worked for, and that's
actually where my Dad got his. He got it from the surplus property of
the university here several years ago. Those were extremely popular in
schools, because of the all-in-one design.

The memory slots like you see in your Classic are what it uses for
memory, and the other one I believe is for video memory. But I could
be wrong, and the system may use that as well for regular memory. As
you have probably figured out by now, my own memory isn't working too
well at the moment. You can buy an Ethernet card for the slot where
the Apple IIe card was, and you can run MacTCP through it to get to
the internet using your high speed connection. However, you will have
to get the card from some place like eBay, because they are
specifically made for the Macintosh computers of the 90s, like the
Color Classic, the LCs, and so on. I think you might also be able to
get it online through a connection box, like the AsanteTalk that
converts a standard AppleTalk or LocalTalk connection into Ethernet,
so you can use your older macs on a newer network. As for a browser,
I'm really not sure, other than the ones I already mentioned, which I
believe you can use to connect using the MacTCP for a TCP/IP
connection. I hope this helps!
