Hi,

May the problem be memory, but try these itens:

1. Reset the CUDA chip;
2. Clean memory modules contacts if you use ones, using pencil eraser;
3. Remove all connected devices, internal and external, including
memory modules, hard drive, floppy drive and try to power on;
4. Remove and reconnect all devices like power supply, jumpers etc.
