Hi, 1) The hard drive can be repaired with a Connor CP3045 SCSI drive. Look for one on Ebay. Then remove the PCB electronic board and swap with the PCB board of the Mac Portable's HDD and you're done. Both HDD drives are 100% identical except for the custom connector for the Mac Portable
2) The floppy drive can be replaced with a Sony MP-F75W-11G unit. It's a standard Superdrive, often used in the Mac SE FDHD, Classics or Mac II series like the Mac Iise. However there are several revisions of this Superdirve. From experience I learned that only the 11G or 21G revision works well in the Mac Portable, other's often don't. I don't know why but the PCB looks different on each revision. There are several of these Floppy drives on Ebay USA. Otherwise I suggest you disassemle the FDD and clean the heads + remove all the dust. You can try the Mac Portable with the HDD disconnected and just usethe FDD. When the FDD is working, you should be able to boot with a System 6 or 7 boot disk.
