You don't need to burn the disk, as long as you have a disk image for me to 
burn, I'll be able to finish it...
It will need to be able to accept a non-apple branded disk to format it... 
since it will be getting a new HDD

As for the card, I think I might have a separate AV card from my 5400 to work 
in it... and I'll have to see if I need a new set of cards...
