google for "HFVExplorer", it will let you read the Mac format disk

or get a trial copy of WinImage, which will allow you to "rip" the entire
disk to a disk image (remember to save as uncompressed)

all of the above assuming it is formatted as a 1.44MB Mac floppy and NOT a
800k format
