You should download from apple legacy downloads the OpenTransport and
the Personal Websharing.
You should be able to start personal webshare on the mac and then go
into it like a web page and download any files you want. they don't
have to be webpages they can be anyfiles if you put an alias to the
harddrive in the web pages folder.

To get the installers from pc to mac you can use a cd-R or floppies
(the mac can read pc disks).
