I run a Pismo with a Belkin F5D7010 card - it's a fairly old one - Revision
v1314uk - and I get very good performance. It uses a Broadcom 43xx series
chipset which OS X supports natively. It is recognised as an Airport Express
card, and works with 802.11g and WPA (I think also WPA2) encryption very nicely.

I have heard some of the newest revisions of the card don't work with the
airport software anymore, but don't know which - check before you get one!

I've also tried various RaLink PCMCIA cards - they seem to get better
reception, but the CPU usage is much higher, so they aren't really usable with
a Pismo.

Cheers,
Josh
