7.5.3 is a free download as a 19 part (20 for most non-English versions) self 
mounting image. All the parts have to be in the same folder, then you 
doubleclick the part with the .smi name extension.

After the image mounts you can copy the contents to something like a Zip disk 
to make future use easier.

After 7.5.3 is installed, install the 7.5.5 update. Prior to 7.6, 7.5.5 is the 
best Mac OS for PPC Macs.

If the 7.5.2 and 7.5.3 updaters are still online somewhere, I haven't been able 
to find them.
