So you basically have a 1MB Plus.

Removing the stickers won't harm anything. They just prevent UV light
from erasing the data over time. Just pull one up enough to see if
there's a window or not in the center, if you want to know if they are
pirated or real. Pirated ROMs were fairly common and a big problem for
Apple and I can't think of any other reason for those stickers.

As for the RAM board, it's fine to use it. Much better at only 1MB
than a 2MB board! But, you still need to adjust your voltages and keep
an eye on them periodically. Since even 512K produces more heat than
the original 128K was designed for, the longer you leave it on and the
more you use it, the faster you'll degrade the internal components
which can cause voltage fluctuations which degrades the hardware
faster, etc. Without seeing pictures of your analogue board, it's hard
to say how many repairs and subsequent component upgrades it's had.
But most likely the more you use it, the quicker you'll find out how
old some of those components are. Use it in a cool well-ventilated
environment. Adding an external fan wouldn't be bad either. And try
not to add any external power drains, like a modem or external floppy,
unless you need it.

The minute you see any unusual symptoms exhibited by your Mac. Get out
your multimeter and check voltages. Shut it down and report the
symptoms to the list and you may be able to avert a major catastrophe.
But eventually, you're going to have some caps fail and probably some
solder joints crack. So be prepared. It's old and has been used longer
and harder than a stock Mac of this age.
