Sterling, I have had no success get MacTCP to work and your response here prompted me to try and get things working. I can get AppleTalk over ethertalk between 2 old macs working fine over my router but can not for the life of me get any sort of IP connection between machines or to the internet.
I followed all your instruction below but still can't get it to work. Any ideas? I am assuming that the fact that ethertalk works that the router is not the issue.
