What are you talking about? None of the Performa's will translate an NTSC signal to PAL. So if you bought your Performa in the US and it has an NTSC TV, or TV/FM tuner card installed, and you take it to Europe and plug a PAL signal into it, you will get nothing but snow. And vice-versa. The Mac TV won't work at all with these signals.
