I believe, but am not certain, it's Dali Clock you have in mind:

However, if you're doing this in the hopes of getting the Macintosh to behave 
as 
an accurate clock, (rather than simply as a museum piece) I'm not sure what 
kind 
of luck you'll have: JWZ mentions encountering problems concerning the clock 
keeping accurate time.  Perhaps someone who is currently running a 128K Mac can 
better speak to how good a timekeeper it is(n't). 


At any rate, the page will help you confirm whether Dali Clock is the 
particular 
application you have in mind.
