Apple Personal Diagnostics, if you can find a copy. It does speed tests, 
benchmarking and some basic hardware testing.

The LCIII is fairly easy to overclock to 33Mhz, making it an LCIII+. Doesn't 
sound like much but at those speeds 8Mhz makes quite a difference.
