So, thanks to a mix of good and some not so good advice, I'm really
getting the hang of recapping. Thanks again to everyone.

I scored 2 IIci's and immediately got them singing again by replacing
caps C2 and C3. I'm still testing them, but one of them (for now) runs
beautifully, but if you turn it off then go to turn it back on,
nothing but a low humming sound.

I read about the +5v power situation. I swapped the power supplies and
still nothing.

Question in short, certainly there's go to be bad caps that control
the power-on situation too - if the audio caps make the audio fail,
which ones make the power-on circuit fail?

I've let the system sit for awhile. I'll try to fire it back up
tomorrow.
