You're trying to drop an extension in the system SUITCASE. It's NOT the
System Folder. The Suitcase is THE KERNEL.

Drop it in a System Folder.
If there is none, open the floppy icon, create a folder called "System
Folder", *drop the suitcase in there*, and that will *bless* it into a
System Folder*.

There you can put what you need to. Mind the floppy size, obviously.
