There is a product for getting bolts and screws with stripped heads out it is 
basically microscopic steel spheres suspended in oil, you put a drop and then 
insert the screwdriver and the spheres make up for the missing bits. 
Sorry but I don't remember the name, I think it's called loc-....... Something.
