Make an Apple Disk Copy image. Then you can use Compact Pro 1.3, which has a 
feature to break up a large file into smaller bits that would fit on a floppy. 
You would likely need a hard disk on your Plus for intermediate files, though 
(I doubt you could do it if your Mac only had floppies). Do realize that 
400/800k floppies from a Mac Plus cannot be read on a PC.
