Doesn't your 660av have a cdrom drive? McTracker shows one. If not then the link louis gives should work. If doesn't try

keep scrolling down until (see attachment off list) If I remember correctly load disk images to a zip drive and using a scsi zip drive copy to hard drive (it's been too long but you might be able to install from zip or another HD. The key is mount all the disk images on desk top.
