Macintosh Garden has the 660AV/840AV CD Install Me First at 
http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/macintosh-os-71x

My family’s first Mac was a 660AV and I still have the original disks, you 
should be able to boot from the install floppy and then use that CD. I seem to 
remember that the CD Install Me First wasn’t bootable for some reason, although 
the machine itself was capable of booting from CD.
