If you are in the USA, DigiKey or Mouser will give you good prices and fast 
service. Sticking to brand names is also wise (Rubycon, Panasonic, Nichicon, 
etc). Price breaks go with the number you order. I’ve actually had it work out 
to be cheaper to order more than I need at times.
