Looks like 512k chips is out of the question.  I don't even know where I 
could find any, and I don't believe Apple products ever were meant to 
address chips larger than 256k.
I was able to find a handful of 60ns VRAM sticks that are composed of 256k 
chips, I have more than enough to do two 660av 2MB VRAM upgrades plus have 
spares!
