Just unbless the old system folder, and add the new one.  They can both stick 
around so that you can go back and forth.

I remember that there *was* a reason to use 7.0 at times, but I can’t remember 
what it was :(  Perhaps that I jumped to 7.1 on the alpha release over being 
able to select files with keystrokes?  I know that I had to flip between 6 & 7 
for quite some time . . .
