Picked up a Mac II today with a IIx motherboard installed. Just a
couple of questions. To start with it has a Macintosh II PC Drive
Card and a Kinetics Etherport II with a thin ethernet connection and
above that what looks like a serial port (PC monitor). My questions
are; what is the PC Card Drive for and the serial port above the
ethernet connection.
It also has a problem with very low sound output which has me
stumped. If I can't get this resolved then amplified speakers will
have to be used.
