The old compact Macs (excepting the color Classic
and Color Classic II) all had 1 bit, black and white
video. With certain ones of the Micron internal
videocards for the SE/30 you could install an optional
greyscale adaptor to get (how many bits?) greyscale
video on the built in monitor. 8bit color on an
external monitor and greyscale on the internal
would make the SE/30 real nice. Then if its one that
can take a IIsi ROM SIMM you could run Mac OS 7.6. ;)
