I couldn't find that on Gamba's page... :O
The card is model(?) number NB6-48, and then below that 250-0306 [blank
space] 010 Rev. B.
I do believe it is the same as this one...

...which this outfit sells for $50, so I'm guessing it's probably not one of
the internal greyscale ones!
