If At Ease or FoolProof is on the disk it needs the nuclear approach, which is:
Get MicroNet Utility 7.2.7
<ftp://ftp.accesscom.com/pub/users/g/gamba/mnu727.bin>.
Click on Mount/Unmount...button,
In the pop-up window click on the UnMount All button.
Click on Done.
In main window click on Erase Drive...
The next step is important, **power down the HD**.
At this point you can swap over to Apple HD SC Setup 7.3.5 (patched) if you
want Apple's driver, or you can stay with MNU and install its driver.
