As long as you have open transport installed...
My own cable internetprovider said sometime ago on their website the
minimum was 68040 for macs, but since there is no difference in open
transport for 68030 or 68040, I think they mainly referred to the
rather dissapoint experience of running an up to date webbrowser on
anything lower than a ppc mac.
