OK, then hit www.rarsoft.de and download WinRAR in
the language of your choice. Use the volume size
setting to make chunks that fit on floppies. Just use
the store (no compression) option.

Then you'll need Mac UnRAR to extract from the RAR
file chunks so you can then unstuff the file. Don't
unstuff a Mac .sit file on a PC or it will be
useless on the Mac. (If it's a program or disk
image file or self extracting archive.)
