Look at the Drag Manager package you have and see if
Finder 7.1.3 is somewhere within. If not, get the
newer Drag Manager download from apple's FTP. You
must install Finder 7.1.3 to install the clipping
extention that comes with Drag Manager.
You need the Clipping Extention for full Drag 'n Drop
functionality.
