    That's how subliminal advertising works best... Your conscious 
mind doesn't notice, but, days or weeks later, you find yourself with 
an impulse to buy something that you don't even remember seeing an ad 
for.
    The best combat for subliminal advertising is to put the ads where 
you can clearly see them & continually remind yourself, "I will never 
buy from that company, I will never buy from that company."
