As large as you can find. Avoid 7200 RPM or faster drives as they get
pretty hot, though.
You didn't mention what Mac OS it's running, but in all likelihood you'll
need to split the HD up into partitions smaller than 2 gigabytes. With
most HDs this won't be any problem at all, but don't go buying a 20GB SCSI
drive brand-new just to have a pile of storage :)
