This would be better tackle on Quadlist, since the 575 has an '040 
processor, but I'd say 7.5.3 with the 7.5.5 update if the machines have 
16 MB or less RAM. If budget allows and you have 20 MB or more RAM, you 
might find OS 8.1 to your liking.
