I tested this on an SE/30 running Mac OS 7.5.5 and 32 megs of ram. It didn't work at all. I tried to play an MP3 and it just stuttered badly (like 3 secs in between each 1/4 second burst of sound). I tried to convert an MP3 to AIFF format and the resulting format was not recognized by QuickTime player, SoundEdit 16 or iTunes when attempting to playback on my iMac. I will test this software further on faster Macs, but methinks playing MP3's on anything less than an AV 040 or PPC is a lost cause (and the 'decoder' simply doesn't). Please let me know how you fare by letting me know which Macs you ran it on and what your successes are. If none of you can get it going, I'll take it off my site. Mark sent it to me unsolicited, I'll email him any testing results. thanks! JAG __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
