The "melodic tune" is the Sad Mac sound. Video is obviously failing because 
the IIsi has no video RAM I know of, and it needs main RAM to display a 
picture. Make sure all the SIMMs are in identical pairs (2 SIMMs just like 
eachother in slots 1 and 2, and 2 SIMMS just like each other in slots 3 and 
4.) In mixing SIMM pairs, I've had this issue. Try changing the order of the 
SIMMs, i.e. reverse the pairs. This might do the trick, it just takes trial 
and error.
