I've read so many times that there was NO way you could put 64 or 128 MB into a Quadra 605. A recent article, from LEM I think, said it would never work. Well I'm here to say that it DOES work. I bought a stick of 64MB 4K EDO 72 pin memory from 18004memory for $18. I figured for that price it would be worth trying it. So I did, and it worked. The computer sees all 64MB, too, plus the onboard 4MB. I really had my doubts, especially not being FPM ram. But absolutely no problems at all.
