I just wanted to drop a quick note so that anyone who has a brain fart as bad as I did tonight will not feel as badly: Let's say you have an LC III you've acquired. The drive's been formatted with FWB, so your hacked version of HD SC Setup still won't work. You plug in your external HD with multiple OSes on multiple partitions, but now neither the internal HD *nor* the external drive show up as available. Yes, that's right, you (well, me really) are an idiot. They have the same SCSI ID, even though the external HD is 1. Guess what? The joker who owned it previously set the internal drive to 1 too! Thank goodness you figured that one out relatively quickly, without too much pain and suffering. Anyway, I hope anyone who reads this and has a similar problem that is baffling them will have this snap into their consciousness from somewhere deep inside the memory banks and save themselves some time.
