A 500meg HD and 16megs RAM will be plenty for
System 7.1, even 7.5.5, in lots of 68k Macs.
With a IIci it would be easy and cheap to bump that
up to 20megs RAM by adding four 1meg SIMMs that lots
of PC shops will almost give away. (Ask nice and they
just might give them away for free.)
