You'll just have to buy one of those fixed resolution
adaptors with the sense pins wired up to make the
LC II think it has an Apple 13" 640x480 monitor
plugged in. I'll leave it to you to look up in the FAQ
or on the LEM site or ??? to see if the LC II has
synch on green or composite synch or seperate synch.
The better approach would be an adaptor that fools the
LC II into thinking it's an Apple multi-resolution
monitor supported by the LC II. :) Then you won't be
stuck in 640x480 on a monitor that can comfortably
fit 800x600 or 832x624.
Does anyone know why Apple chose that odd resolution?
Was it just to slightly upstage IBM's XGA or the Targa
Truevision PC videocard? ;-)
I still remember the first time I had a videocard
in my VLBus 486 that could display 24bit graphics at
800x600. YUM! :-)
