Silly questions, perhaps, but since it says that it was not shut down
properly, I'll ask.
Do you have a cat, dog, child or Giant Rat of Sumatra that may have knocked
your power cord? Power outage?
Checked your power supply?
Is this happening often, or only once or twice?
