Yes you have "THE" original first Hard Drive for the Original Mac I paid $1000.00 for a used one back then because it was the only one available ant the only on the dealer had! I still have the original set up disk. You can put a larger drive in the case if you want a bigger drive with the old case. It was designed to fit under a Mac Plus which put it at a better height than using a Sears catalog. Gary
