Yes, last evening, took the system home and setup to run "overnight."
Changed HD and video card.  Used different KB/mouse.  By the time I awoke,
was down.

Setup system again in the office about an hour ago.  Still running fine.
Leaning toward a heat issue still; but the cover is off, the basement is
cool, fan is working well, ...?

Thanks for everyone's input.
