I have in front of me a Radius PrecisionColor 24X Nubus card that can only be described as "hosed." I rescued a Q800 that had been coldly left on the street for the trash man, and this was inside. Unfortunately, the monitor connector looks like somebody took a nail to it. One side has been essentially ripped open, including the metal, so that unless you removed the entire case around the monitor jack, you could never fit it on. It's actually impressive in a frightening sort of way.
So, my question: Is there anything on a typical card (or in this case, this particular card) worth scavenging? If I were to find Nubus card with a hosed Nubus connector, could I solder this one on (that part appears fine)? Other parts? yadda yadda, you get the picture. Any advice would be appreciated.
