I agree here with Mart, Mark, Darren & Paul... OT is OT. If
someone has a story about how their '57 Chevy is the same, exact
colour as their IIci that has been sitting in a smoke filled room for
the past 10 years... That's an amusing anecdote & may be fun for a
short thread... But... The list footer? The list is what the list
is.....
Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen an advertisement
or long list footer, other than when someone doesn't snip it in their
response. I'll scroll down until I see a sig line with no ">" in
front of it.
If I needed to unsubscribe or switch to digest mode & didn't know
how, I'd scroll down further.
So... What's the prob' Rob? Most ISP's today won't even support a
modem that can't handle the bandwidth of downloading the list footer
in a fraction of a second.
