The Stage II Rocket only works as a seperate Mac. The accelerator function of the original Rocket was very limited by the slower speed of the NuBus so the faster CPU and onboard RAM were choked by the bottleneck of the NuBus. PDS or CPU socket accelerators work much better since they have direct access to the CPU data and address busses.
