hey everyone, i was hoping someone could help me out here, i think these are pretty general questions for those already in the field, but im just started and im completely confused.
my father just found a MacIIcx at his office for me, i basically grew up on a MacSE, a lot of whats left of my childhood memory is comprised of Crystal Quest, Cosmic Osmo, and Shufflepuck Cafe. also doodling on MacPaint.. so of course im scrambling to assemble mostly games for my new old Mac. ive already got a collection sitting on this Win98 PC, games and System 7.5.1 (what my Mac is using) ->7.5.3 upgrade and 7.5.3->7.5.5 upgrade. soo i just really dont know how to get started here. PC Exchange works perfectly, but the stuff i have on my PC is in various formats- hqx, sea.bin, bsq, sea.hqx, sit.hqx, shk, sit... on my Mac is Disk Copy 4.2, and StuffIt Lite 3.5. soo.. yeah. like i said im a mess, i dont even know what i need to ask, so if anyones been through this kinda operation, any helpful hints you could give me would be much much appreciated. i just want to relive my childhood on this thing. thanks a lot. -- Vintage Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
