Just opened one up to check. First, remove the power supply. It has two 
metal latches, one on either side near the back panel. You will need a 
slim blade to reach one. Depress the latches, and at the same time 
retract the plastic latch at the "bottom front" of the power supply. Lift 
it straight up.

Then you need to squeeze the bottom back corners of the fan case to free 
the latches. Pull it straight up.

Came right out.
